- Franchisor: Laughing Hyena, providing the brand and system.
- Franchisee: You, the local operator and business owner.
- Container Unit: The physical, branded retail unit you operate.
- Phygital Model: Mixing physical stores with digital supply chain tools.
- Territory: The specific area where your unit is allowed to sell.
By joining our network, you agree to sell 60% made-in-Ghana products, 30% made-in-Africa products and 10% of products made anywhere else.

Disputes, Legal & Disclaimer
We aim to resolve any misunderstandings through peaceful conversation first. If we cannot agree, any legal issues will be handled under the laws of Ghana, specifically in the courts of Accra. This ensures a fair and local process for both parties.
